These delivery conditions are valid from 14 July 2024. Emmsalabim reserves the right to update and edit the terms of delivery. However, the conditions that were valid at the time of the transaction always apply to the delivery.

The products of this online store are sold by Emmasalabim (business ID number 3186276-2). The store sells products to individuals of legal age. The valid prices of the products are indicated in connection with each product in the online store. We reserve the right to price changes. Our product prices include VAT.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service via Stripe. All customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with the Privacy statement (find section below on this same page). The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than that which is specified in the Privacy statement. When ordering from the online store, the customer is required to have familiarized themselves with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
When placing an order, the customer must always provide their name, postal address and email address in order to successfully receive their order and related notifications (such as the order confirmation from us or delivery-related notifications from the shipping service). As a business customer, please provide us with the contact person's name, email address and phone number, as well as the company's name, address and business ID number.
Payment and payment methods
The products and their shipping costs are paid when ordering. We offer Stripe, Inc. payment methods for payment. Stripe operates as our payment service provider in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. We welcome most credit and debit cards from around the world. In cases of complaints, please contact Emmsalabim first.
Payment is secure, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the information of the payment transaction. Stripe, Inc. prioritizes security and compliance, and uses one of the most robust encryption standards on the planet. By entering your information at checkout, the customer agrees to Stripe, Inc.'s terms and conditions. By pressing the ‘Purchase’ button, the customer accepts Emmsalabim’s general Terms of service.
Order and payment confirmation
When we have received an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, which shows the order information. The message will come within a few minutes after the order is confirmed. After receiving the email, please check the content of the order confirmation so that it matches your order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
Keep the order confirmation. If you need to contact our customer service, have the order confirmation, which contains your order number, ready to speed up the customer service process.
Delivery methods and fees
Currently, we use Posti’s shipping services and deliver everywhere in the EU. Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. An estimate of the delivery costs is presented in the shopping cart. The delivery method is automatically chosen for you depending on the contents of the shopping basket and their combined weight. If no delivery options are available for you at checkout, please contact our customer service.
Shipping options to Finland:
Posti letter, weight max. 50g. Cost €2.75
Posti Pikkupaketti, weight 51 g. - 2 kg. Cost €6.90
Posti package, weight more than 2 kg. Cost €8.90
Shipping options to elsewhere in the EU:
Posti Priotrity letter, weight 20g. - 1kg. Cost €3.05 - €27.45
The customer should always check that the contact information provided during the order is correct, so that the order and delivery confirmations and the order itself will arrive successfully. If there is an error in the information provided by the customer and the delivery of the order is not successful because of that, the customer is responsible for the additional costs incurred. If, for example, the customer provides an incorrect phone number and therefore does not receive a package pickup notification, the package will be returned to Emmsalabim. In this case, the customer must pay the delivery costs again so that the package can be delivered again.
It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pickup point. We will charge the shipping costs in both directions for a package that has not been picked up, if a separate cancellation notice has not been made.
The customer receives a tracking number to the email address provided when we have processed the order (however, letters do not have tracking).
Delivery time
We send the order to the customer as soon as possible, normally within 1-3 business days. The delivery time varies slightly depending on the delivery method. We will always notify you of delays which appear after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Our online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
When you receive the package, always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately.
Return policy
Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of the day you received your package. To use the right of cancellation, you must notify our customer service by email of your decision to cancel the sale. In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation:
If you cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the package, we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will carry out the return using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case in such a way that you do not incur any additional costs.
If the order has already been sent, the customer pays the return costs arising from the return. Before returning, the customer must always contact Emmsalabim's customer service. The customer must send the products back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the products back before the 14-day deadline expires. The products must be returned properly packed and in good condition. Please always include your order number with the return so that we can match it to the correct order.
Issues and complaints
If the product is lost or damaged during transport, always contact Emmsalabim first, even if it is an issue during transport. Emmsalabim will then be in contact with the transport company to clarify the situation. In most cases of complaints, the product must be returned to Emmsalabim. Emmsalabim is responsible for the costs incurred for the complaint.
The customer is responsible for the condition of the product after receiving the shipment and during the return transport. The customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the products, which is the result of handling other than the handling necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the products. Products to be returned must be unused. We recommend making sure you get proof of your shipment, such as a tracking code or receipt, which will act as proof when you return the product to us in case it gets lost in transit.
