How do I know that my order went through?
After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation message to your email. The message will come within a few minutes after the order is confirmed. If you do not receive a message, or if you are otherwise unsure about the success of your order, you can always ask Emmsalabim's customer service by sending us an email to info@emmsalabim.com and we will come back to your shortly. Don't forget to check your spam folder first and make sure you entered your email address correctly.
What payment options do you have?
We use Stripe payments at Emmsalabim's online store. We welcome most credit and debit cards from around the world.
Stripe prioritizes security and compliance, and uses one of the most robust encryption standards on the planet.
How quickly will I receive the products that I ordered?
We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days of placing the order, after which we deliver it to the shipping company's office (Posti). From there onward, the speed of the delivery depends on the delivery method.
We will inform you in case of unusual delivery times. If you wish for fast delivery, mention your wish in the 'Leave a comment' field at checkout, and we will do our best to process the order extra quickly. More information about deliveries can be found in the Terms of Service page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we are only able to deliver inside the EU region. We can hopefully expand worldwide some day in the future, so stay tuned!
Where are you based in?
Emmsalabim is based in Finland and was founded in 2021, even though the business in its current form is still quite new. Our own online store opened in July 2024, which is also when we started working with our very first resellers.
We use English as our main business language so that we can also serve our customers who do not speak Finnish. Since our future goals include expanding our operations outside of Finland, it makes sense to us to use English with that in mind as well. However, you can always approach our customer service in Finnish as well and we will be happy to serve you!

My order is missing a product or it has the wrong product. What should I do?
We are very sorry for the incorrectly delivered order! Please send us an email to info@emmsalabim.com without delay so that we can correct the situation. We need your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email you received, as well as information about the wrong or missing product.

Can I order something as a gift to another address?
Yes, this can be done easily by entering the desired address as the delivery address of the order.
Do you have a physical shop somewhere?
We don't have our own business space yet, but we sell our products directly to customers through this online store. However, you can get to know our products more closely at our wonderful resellers.
